LINDFIELD VETS
Many thanks to George Baty for these snowy photos. The one of the 18th was taken in 2001. Note the Paxhill Park flag at the entrance. Global warming? Huh. I think it's called Winter!
Round three was played at a very soggy Rookwood with yet another disappointingly small field of just 12 players.
Marc Kaya won on countback with 32 points with Allan Jackson second and Tim O'Malley third on 31.
At the half way point there is a tie at the top of the table between Ian Ritchie and Tim O'Malley while Chief PIG Stu Showler is lurking in third just 3 points behind.
Highlight of the day for some was the snapping of Ian's 3 iron, without which he may have to consider retirement from golf!! (or learn to use some other clubs)
